🔄 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At HARE KA SAHARA TRUST, we value our supporters and aim to maintain a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are accepted only if requested immediately after placing the order.

• Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order has been communicated to vendors/merchants or the shipping process has begun.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

We do not accept cancellations for:

• Perishable items (flowers, food, eatables, etc.)

• Customized or made-to-order products

However, refunds or replacements may be considered if the delivered product is found to be defective or of poor quality.

3. Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:
