🔄 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
At HARE KA SAHARA TRUST, we value our supporters and aim to maintain a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process.
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted only if requested immediately after placing the order.
Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order has been communicated to vendors/merchants or the shipping process has begun.
2. Non-Cancellable Items
We do not accept cancellations for:
Perishable items (flowers, food, eatables, etc.)
Customized or made-to-order products
However, refunds or replacements may be considered if the delivered product is found to be defective or of poor quality.
3. Damaged / Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
